The three gateways

If the credit does not appear
Auto deposit normally credits within a couple of minutes. If nothing shows after 10 minutes, keep your transaction receipt and contact live chat — do not repeat the payment first, or you may end up depositing twice. If one gateway keeps failing, try another; that is what they are there for.
Before you claim a promotion
Whether you claim a bonus on a deposit changes how you can withdraw it.
